I had only been shooting film for 6 months when it had become an apparent intuitive necessity to grab a decent quality medium format camera. ![]() It want’s you to give it a shoot, just like a dog wants you to throw that damn ball. When you first set your eyes upon the worn exterior of an old vintage camera, you’ll notice that it’s looking right back at you. Cameras are a bit like cars, pets and sentient alien robots… you don’t choose them, they choose you.
